This is Anne Jones our Volunteer Nutritional Menu Coordinator
Anne Jones is a mother of 5 beautiful children who loves the outdoors and adores the heck out of people. She owns and runs a vegan/vegetarian catering service locally titled Three Little Birds Catering. She became interested in healthy food after the birth of our first child. Initially, she was more interested in gaining knowledge for the sake of the children but the more she learned the more it became a practice for herself as well.
This was 13 years ago and the information, tools, and practice have certainly payed off nutritionally speaking.
Her focus on raw and vegan plant based foods as that has proven itself most beneficial for herself and she feels it benefits the planet in the long run.

Say Hello to Belinda Allen, our Volunteer Event Coordinator.
Belinda comes from a large family, born and raised in the Salt Lake City area. She has raised 4 awesome children and enjoys her 7 grandchildren. She loves people, beautiful healthy food, cooking with a southern flair, organizing parties/entertaining, crafts and hiking the red rocks of Southern Utah.
Being new to the St. George area having moved here in 2008, she found volunteering to be a great way to meet people. She has been volunteering at the St. George Senior Center for the past 5 years and also serves on the Board of Directors there. Belinda's current vocation as a Foot Zone Therapist is to help others heal...body, mind and spirit. She is passionate about the importance of organic food and using nutrition to heal the body and hopes to help cook in Momma's Kitchen one day soon.
Belinda has been passionate about the concept of Momma's Kitchen from the get go! She has been using her natural ability to organize and create a fun party atmosphere at all of our fundraising events.
